SELF ASSESSMENT: Processes and Procedures in the Art Room (Sample Journal Entry)

While doing the prezi assignment on (date) May 10, 2012 I learned about the creative Andy Warhol, how he lived and things he did.  The following steps were followed from the beginning to the end of the project.  First I had to do through research to make sure I had valid information.  Second I played around with the tools on the website to get an idea of how I wanted my prezi to look. Lastly I creatively organized all of my information I had on Andy Warhol. As given in the lesson I  followed the rubric of what information was required.   During this project, I was not sure about how I wanted my prezi to look and the font and color I would use. At the conclusion of the lesson, my project was successful.  I feel like I did a good job. If I had more time, I would  put more information and pictures on my slide. Another way we could learn about this lesson would be to have my peers look at each other projects. Some suggestions that would help me do better with this assignment are: To see other people’s ideas and not waiting till the last minute.

SELF ASSESSMENT: Processes and Procedures in the Art Room (Sample Journal Entry)

While doing the Glogster assignment on (date) May 10, 2012 I learned about the three different types of color theory.  The three different types of color theory are the color wheel, color harmony, and color context.  About the three I learned how all three works and the effect they have on colors.  The following steps were followed from the beginning to the end of the project.  First I had to develop a creative idea to present my project as.  Second I had to pick what colors I would use.  Lastly I creatively organized my information on my glogster.  As given in the lesson I explained the three types of color theory and how they work.  I also creatively displayed the information.  During this project, I wasn’t sure about how to organize the information and what information to put.  At the conclusion of the lesson, my project was creative and explanatory.  I feel like I did a good job. If I had more time, I would add more information to improve my project. Another way we could learn about this lesson would be to have my peers look at each other projects. Some suggestions that would help me do better with this assignment are: To research some more information and not waiting till the last minute.
